Bellona

Terminus

Ganesha Ganapati

Lord of hosts, first born son of Shiva and Parvati. Elephant god of wisdom and intelligence, he is also the god of breaking down barriers and walls.

Terminus

Roman god of boundaries. A minor god in the Latin pantheon, much of Terminus' power was transferred over to Jupiter during the great Roman expansion. Served in an advisory position to Jupiter afterwards. One of the few Roman gods to survive the First Coalition.

Nemesis Rhamnousia

Greek goddess of retribution. Remorseless, vindictive, but fair to those who are just and a protector of those in need. A winged goddess and not a true Olympian, she is one of the four Adrasteia, the Inescapable. Over the centuries, Zeus has learned to trust Nemesis' judgment as much as his daughter, Athena, and he employees her and Hermes as his envoys to Horus' coalition.

Kali

Hindi mother goddess and goddess of annihilation. Consort of Shiva, and occasionally referred to as the Slayer of Evil. Modern followers vary widely between those who worship her benign maternal aspects and those that see her as an assassin goddess. She who is Black Time. One of the few members of the original coalition to return.

Horus Harsiese

Egyptian sun and sky god. Son of Osiris and Isis, conqueror of Set. He was conceived by his mother after Osiris' death, and is considered by some to be the reincarnation of his father. Acting head of his pantheon. Was a key player in Ohrmazda's original coalition of gods, and is chief organizer of the second one.

Site Updates and Stuff

Well, we're going to be doing a few updates here and there before we start Chapter 2 later this month. But hopefully throw a few bios up will help appease the masses. We'll be back on schedule soon, I promise!!!

Bellona

One of many Roman goddesses of war. Sister-daughter-bride of Mars. Psychologically traumatized from birth, she is the daughter of Juno and Mars, was married to her father, and taught nothing but battle and violence her entire life. One of the few Latin survivors of the First Coalition.

Aphrodite Cytherea

Greek goddess of love and beauty. Rose from the sea near Paphos, Cyprus, from the remains of Uranus' testicles. Was forced to marry Hephaestus, but divorced him some four hundred years ago.

Anubis, The Adopted

Adopted son of Isis, Egyptian god of the dead and embalming. Gave up his position of the Dead Ruler to Osiris after the unification of the Ennead and Ogdoad families (the ancient religions of Upper and Lower Egypt). Has become Horus' right hand man in Egypt, functioning as a go-between for Horus and his father/past self. Although Set was considered his father, there is reason to suspect that distinction is truely Osiris'.

Ahriman

Also known as Angra Mainyu, Ahriman represents the opposite of Ohrmazda in dualistic Zoroastrianism. The original “devil” figure in history (predating the Judeo-Christian concept by several hundred years), Ahriman is the embodiment chaotic energy and kicking ass. Worked with his ancient enemy Ohrmazda in forming the First Coalition. Horus’ trusted second in the Second Coalition. Has a knack for seeing problems that no one else sees.
